My roommate and I should have the same amount of onboard credit, but one of us has more and the other has less. Why is this and how can we fix it?

Most bookings don't include any onboard credit, but if yours does, you can go to Guest Relations once onboard the ship, and they can adjust it for you. You should always check your final bill at the end of the cruise, BEFORE leaving the ship, to make sure everything is correct.
